DTZ completes lease for new restaurant on Mill

The California-based operator plans to open the new restaurant mid-2015.DTZ Vice President Brent Mallonee represents the landlord, YAM Properties, in its retail lease negotiations. Courtney Auther Van Loo with Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in this transaction.The Hayden Station location is The Grill on Mill’s first Arizona restaurant. There are several related restaurants in California, including the original Firestone Grill in San Louis Obispo.The Grill on Mill is located on the ground floor of the project’s B building, with strong frontage on Mill Avenue. The landlord combined three ground floor spaces to create the new restaurant suite.Hayden Station is a ±106,834 square foot, mixed-use project located on the southwest corner of Mill Avenue and 3rd Street that features five buildings with office and retail space. It is directly across from the Metro Light Rail station and minutes from Arizona State University. The champion of the Iloilo leg will advance to the NBTC Regionals along with teams qualified from Capiz and Guimaras, where a slot into the NBTC National Finals in Manila awaits./PN Teams in Group C are Assumption School Passi City, Hua Siong College of Iloilo Red Phoenix, and Mandurriao National High School. They robbed Liverpool’s ace while celebrating the title

first_imgLiverpool midfielder Fabinho’s home was looted as the player and the team celebrated the Premiership title, Liverpool Echo reported.Earlier this week, Liverpool beat Chelsea 5-3 at Anfield Road and a festive ceremony was held after the match. The Brazilian midfielder’s home was robbed when no one was in it and the thieves are believed to have broken in between 3pm on Wednesday and 4am on Thursday, but most likely this happened during the match with Chelsea or after.Several pieces of jewelry were stolen, as well as an Audi RS6, which was later found in an area in Wigan. Fabinho is another Liverpool player whose home has been looted while playing a match.
