Officers later learned the subject was on parole and was out of compliance with his paroleagent. The subject was placed under arrest. A search of the subject led to the recovery of a dirkconcealed in his sweater pocket. Frank Charles Adams, 54, homeless was arrested for possession of adirk/dagger and a parole violation.
